2011 Rates

Reservation and Deposit:
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of signed, completed reservation form and deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable.   Balance is due prior to departure. Groups will be billed for damage and/or buildings not left clean and orderly.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

• Check-in - 4 PM
• Check-out - Noon.
• Extra time must be arranged in advance.  Additional charges will apply.

LODGING RATES (Discounts apply for United Methodist Lodging):

• Adult Groups: $37.50 per person per night.
• Youth Groups: $30.00 per person per night.
• Day Use: $9.00 per person plus meals if applicable.
• RV (15 Spaces): $18.00 per night for 2 people; extra person $5 per night.
• Tent: $10.00 per night for 2 people; extra person $3 per night.

FAMILY RETREAT RATES:
Rates apply for children and youth staying in the same room as the parents.  After building minimum is met:

• Children through 3 years: FREE
• Children 4 through 11: 20% Discount Meals and Lodging.
• Youth 12 through 17: 10% Discount Meals and Lodging.

BUILDING MINIMUMS/MAXIMUMS and DEPOSITS:

• Seabreeze: 20/45 Deposit $300
• Ocean View: 20/44 Deposit $200
• Sandpiper: 16/28 Deposit $125
• Sand Dollar: 10/18 Deposit $125
• Beachcomber: 10/18 Deposit $125
• Dorm Cabins: 10/20 Deposit $100 each

SANDCASTLE ACTIVITY CENTER   Rental  $50.00 per day

KITCHEN RENTAL:

• Standard kitchens in Beachcomber, Sandpiper, Sand Dollar, Ocean View: $45.00 per weekend.
• Commercial kitchen and dining hall (Ye Olde Dining Hall): $45.00 per meal.

CATERING:
Ocean Park Retreat Center provides meals.

• Breakfast: $7.95
• Lunch: $8.95
• Dinner: $9.95
• Brunch: $7.95
• Youth Meals: $7.95

DAY USE:

•  $9.00 per person per day

RECREATION (Seasonal):

• Screamer Zip Line: $10 per person per ride
• Kayaking: $100 per hour
• Wave-Jumping: $65 per hour
• Climbing Cave: $35 per hour
• Archery: $35 per hour
• Crafts: $35 per hour
• Guided Hikes: $35 per hour
